Role Description:
The Social Media Marketing Executive will manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms, including planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing content. Responsibilities include developing social media calendars, collaborating with designers and copywriters, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. The role involves tracking performance metrics, optimising campaigns, and contributing ideas for digital marketing initiatives aligned with client brand strategies. The Social Media Marketing Executive will coordinate with internal teams to ensure visual and messaging consistency, and stay updated on social media trends and platform best practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore.
Qualifications:
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with experience in planning and executing platform-specific campaigns.
- Ability in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing, including writing captions, briefing creatives, and aligning content with brand guidelines.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic understanding of performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions).
- Knowledge of major platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels relevant to target audiences.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Prior experience in an agency or digital marketing environment is preferred; a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is beneficial.
