Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the Director. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle confidential information, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, responding on behalf of the Director when appropriate.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive business information.
- Organize events, business visits, and executive meetings.
- Assist in project coordination and administrative tasks as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–3years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
