Desired Candidate Profile
Education
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain coordination, materials management, recycling operations, manufacturing support, or related operational functions.
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in any of the following areas will be an advantage:
- Recycling and resource recovery operations
- Materials sourcing and procurement
- Manufacturing or industrial operations
- Sustainability and environmental services
Required Skills
- Strong negotiation and supplier/vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of LDPE, LLDPE, shrink films, stretch films, printed films, bottle LDPE, flexible packaging waste streams, and identification of major polymers including PVC, PP, BOPP, Nylon, PET, HDPE, and other commonly recycled plastics.
- Ability to inspect, evaluate, and assess material quality, specifications, and contamination levels.
- Understanding of waste segregation practices, bale quality standards, and recycling feedstock requirements.
- Experience in logistics planning and transportation coordination.
- Strong follow-up, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory/state as required for business operations.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data management, and reporting.

- Achievement of monthly procurement and sourcing targets.
- Growth and management of an active supplier network.
- Cost-effective procurement of materials while maintaining quality standards.
- Quality acceptance rate of incoming materials as per operational requirements.
- Effective freight and transportation cost optimization.
- Supplier retention, engagement, and development.
- Compliance with procurement policies, documentation standards, and reporting requirements.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
