Role Purpose
The HR role is responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, employee coordination, attendance, records, staff communication, and retention support. The ideal candidate should be organized, professional, people-oriented, and able to handle clinic staff requirements smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for clinic roles such as receptionists, therapists, nurses, counselors, support staff, and coordinators.
- Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate with management.
- Conduct onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Maintain employee files, records, attendance, leave tracking, and documentation.
- Support staff communication, internal coordination, and issue resolution.
- Assist in performance follow-up, warning letters, and exit formalities when needed.
- Help maintain a positive work culture and professional discipline in the clinic.
- Coordinate training, orientation, and basic staff development activities.
- Ensure proper HR record keeping and timely updating of employee data.

Preferred Qualifications

- 1–5 years of HR/recruitment/administration experience
- Experience in clinic, hospital, wellness, or service industry preferred
