Responsibilities
Your role is a mix of B2B institutional sales, public relations, and event management.
1. Institutional Tie-ups & Relationship Building
- College Mapping: Identify and shortlist ITIs within your assigned region that offer trades relevant to your training programs (e.g., Electrician, Fitter, Welder, Motor Mechanic, Electronics).
- Principal & Placement Cell Liaison: Meet with ITI Principals, Directors, and Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) to pitch your skill development or placement programs.
- Signing MoUs: Facilitate the signing of Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) between your organization and the ITIs for campus access, student data sharing, and joint mobilization drives.
2. Student Mobilization & Awareness Campaigns
- Conducting Seminars: Organize and deliver classroom presentations, seminars, and orientation sessions for ITI final-year students.
- Value Pitching: Convince ITI students why they need your specific skill program (e.g., n ITI certificate gets you a basic job, but this specialized Solar/EV/CNC training program doubles your starting salar).
- Parent Counseling: In many cases, especially for residential or outstation training programs, you will need to counsel parents to get their buy-in and address concerns regarding safety and stipends.
3. Data Management & Operations
- Data Collection: Collect verified student databases (Aadhaar cards, trade certificates, contact info) from the ITI placement cells.
- Registration & Batching: Ensure interested candidates fill out registration forms and align them into operational batches for the training centers.
- Event Coordination: Organize Mega Enrollment Drives or Pre-Placement Talks hosted inside the ITI campuses.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
