· Regularly visit branches to oversee and optimize sales operations by ensuring the recruitment, training, and development of staff align with organizational requirements.
· Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems at branch
· Being actively involved in recruitment and managing the hiring process with support of HR Associates & HRBP.
· Develop performance reviews, provide feedback and motivate employees to reach their potential.
· Ensure employee records (attendance, EPF data etc.) are properly maintained at branches according to policy and legal requirements.
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
