Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh
Experience: 2–5 Years
Preferred Industry: Healthcare / Hospital / Diagnostics / Pharma
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working: 6 Days
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical & non-clinical positions
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed & other channels
- Handle onboarding, joining formalities and employee documentation
- Manage attendance, leave & payroll coordination
- Maintain employee records, HR MIS & reports
- Handle employee queries, grievances & HR operations
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
- Support PF, ESIC and other statutory compliance activities
- Handle recruitment for doctors, nurses, technicians, front office, billing, pharmacy and other healthcare positions
Candidate Profile:
✅ 2–5 years of experience in HR / Recruitment
✅ Healthcare / Hospital / Diagnostics / Pharma experience preferred
✅ Strong recruitment & HR operations knowledge
✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Proficiency in MS Excel & HRMS
✅ Strong coordination and follow-up skills
✅ Candidates from Ghaziabad / Noida / Greater Noida / Delhi-NCR preferred
