Job Summary
We are looking for skilled and motivated CNC, VTL, HMC, and VMC Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines, producing quality components as per drawings, maintaining productivity, and following safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC, VTL, HMC, or VMC machines as per production requirements.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and process sheets.
- Load and unload workpieces safely.
- Perform machine setup (where applicable) and tool offset adjustments.
- Monitor machining operations to ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges.
- Maintain production and quality records.
- Report machine abnormalities and coordinate with maintenance when required.
- Follow 5S practices and company safety guidelines.
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma / B.E.(Mechanical / ECE)
- Freshers and experienced candidates (0–10 years) can apply.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of CNC/VTL/HMC/VMC machines.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Good understanding of machining processes.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Teamwork and willingness to work in shifts.
Experience
Salary
- ₹15,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
