Job Summary
We are seeking a industry-oriented Professional in Marketing with a strong background in Business/Industrial Marketing. The role involves teaching, research, curriculum development, and mentoring students.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach courses Marketing Management, Sales & Distribution, B2B Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics & Data Analytics.
Note: Candidate not having knowledge & certification on Analytics Course are required to complete one course of 12 weeks during first Six months of the Service.
- Develop lesson plans, case studies, and industry-based teaching materials
- Organize workshops, seminars, and industry sessions
- Guide student projects, case studies, conduct research and publish in SCOPUS / ABDC indexed journals/conferences proceedings
Eligibility
- Master’s Degree in MBA/PGDM (Marketing) with 60% with 2 / 5yrs experience
- NET / Ph.D. preferred as per UGC/AICTE norms
Required Skills
- Effective teaching, presentation, and mentoring skills
- Exposure to case-based and experiential teaching methods
- Research aptitude and academic writing ability
- Ability to link theory with industry practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital teaching tools
Salary: Starting ₹25,000.00 per month
