About the Role
Fintegic Investments is hiring a Relationship Manager in Haldwani to drive sales, marketing, and client relationships across our mutual fund offerings. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, growing AUM, and building long-term relationships with investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients and grow the existing client base for mutual fund products.
- Execute sales and marketing initiatives to drive AUM and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retail and HNI investors.
- Understand client financial goals and recommend appropriate mutual fund schemes.
- Plan and run local marketing, outreach, and lead-generation activities.
- Meet assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, fund performance, and regulatory developments.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Required Experience & Skills
- Prior experience in sales and marketing within the mutual fund industry is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of mutual fund products, schemes, and market dynamics.
- Proven track record in client acquisition, sales, and marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- NISM certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Finance/Commerce/Marketing preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of mutual fund sales and marketing experience.
