Associate Finance & Accounts Manager

About the Role
Heirloom Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead our finance function and support the Company's growth through effective financial planning, taxation, treasury management and investment analysis.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in corporate finance, statutory compliance, cash flow management and banking operations, along with the ability to provide strategic financial insights to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Company's overall financial planning, budgeting and cash flow.
- Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting and statutory compliance.
- Ensure timely filing of Income Tax, GST, TDS and other regulatory returns.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, banks and financial institutions.
- Manage treasury operations, banking relationships and fund allocation.
- Annalise financial performance and recommend cost optimization strategies.
- Conduct research on Indian and global investment opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Develop financial models, MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Strengthen internal financial controls and support business expansion initiatives.
Qualifications
- MBA (Finance), CMA or equivalent may also be considered.
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Strong knowledge of taxation, accounting, treasury and financial planning.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Tally/Zoho/ERP).
- Excellent analytical, communication and leadership skills.
