Job PurposeThe Creative & E-Commerce Marketing Executive is responsible for developing all visual assets, corporate profiles, and marketing materials for the group, while actively managing the day-to-day backend of our online retail storefront. This role bridges creative graphic design with commercial digital execution to drive brand outreach and product sales. Core Responsibilities 1. Visual Design & Marketing Communications
- Brand Assets: Design high-end corporate profiles, pitch decks, and project presentations for ING family to convert design-and-build leads.
- Marketing Collateral: Create digital flyers, brochures, newsletters, and social media creatives (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) that align with company guidelines.
- Ad Creative Development: Design high-converting static images, carousels, and simple short-form video formats (Reels/Shorts) for digital paid ad campaigns.
2. Product Profiling & Cataloguing
- Product Profiling: Collaborate with the design and production teams to write clear, compelling technical specifications and product descriptions for retail items (e.g., easels, custom joinery furniture).
- Visual Presentation: Edit raw product photos, mockup lifestyle images, and arrange catalog layouts to present retail items professionally to customers.
3. E-Commerce Store Operations (INARTE / Artkarri)
- Website Management: Update product listings, pricing, banners, and landing pages on the e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
- Inventory & Order Synchronization: Monitor online stock levels, coordinate with the warehouse team on orders, and log fulfillment tracking numbers.
- Basic Analytics: Track weekly website traffic, bounce rates, and cart abandonment data to share during weekly head office operations meetings.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience working as a graphic designer or digital marketing executive for an e-commerce brand, design studio, or creative agency.
- Education: Graduate degree in Graphic Design, Applied Arts, Visual Communication, or Digital Marketing.
- Technical Software Stack:
- Design Tools: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or advanced Figma/Canva for rapid asset production.
- E-Commerce Platforms: Practical knowledge of handling basic backends like Shopify or WordPress/WooCommerce.
- Video Editing: Basic capability to edit short-form videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or mobile video editing suites.
- Writing Skills: Strong capability to draft professional, grammatically correct English copy for social media posts, email newsletters, and website product listings.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Creative Turnaround Time: Delivering approved design assets and profiles within 48 hours of an internal request.
- Listing Accuracy: Maintaining zero pricing, dimension, or specification errors on the e-commerce storefront.
- Content Engagement: Consistent publishing schedule and an upward trend in organic social media engagement.
- E-commerce Operations Health: Ensuring online order tracking data is updated and passed to fulfillment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
