We are expanding our digital growth team and seeking a performance-driven lead generation specialist to drive high-quality B2B leads through advanced marketing strategies.
Job Summary
The B2B Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for driving qualified lead acquisition through digital marketing channels, managing paid campaigns, and optimizing performance across multiple platforms.
This role requires a blend of marketing expertise, analytical thinking, and automation skills, with a strong focus on generating measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities1. B2B Lead Generation
- Generate high-quality business leads through digital channels such as Google, LinkedIn, Meta platforms, and email campaigns
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects for the sales team
- Research and target relevant industries, decision-makers, and business segments
2. Paid Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Retargeting)
- Manage and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
- Monitor budgets, bidding strategies, and ROI performance
3. LinkedIn & Outreach Campaigns
- Design and execute LinkedIn lead generation strategies
- Run outreach campaigns targeting business owners, CXOs, and decision-makers
- Manage connection strategies, messaging sequences, and follow-ups
4. Email & WhatsApp Marketing
- Execute email marketing campaigns using automation tools
- Manage WhatsApp campaigns for lead nurturing and engagement
- Optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
5. AI & Automation Integration
- Utilize AI tools for lead generation, audience targeting, and campaign optimization
- Automate repetitive marketing tasks and workflows
- Continuously explore new tools to improve efficiency and scalability
6. Omnichannel Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute a multi-channel (omnichannel) lead generation strategy
- Ensure consistency across all marketing platforms and touchpoints
- Align campaigns with business goals and target audiences
7. Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools
- Track KPIs such as CPL (Cost per Lead), conversion rates, and ROI
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce costs
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of qualified leads generated
- Cost per lead (CPL)
- Conversion rates across campaigns
- ROI on paid marketing campaigns
- Campaign engagement metrics (CTR, open rates, etc.)
Required Qualifications
- Graduate/ Post Graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation or digital marketing
- Experience working with international markets is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
- Experience with LinkedIn lead generation tools and strategies
- Knowledge of email marketing and automation tools
- Familiarity with WhatsApp marketing platforms
- Understanding of AI marketing tools and automation platforms (preferred)
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
