Alpha6 Institute of Multimedia is seeking a dynamic, polite, and motivated Fresher Telecaller (Tamil Voice Process) to join our team in Coimbatore. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for students and parents inquiring about our professional media courses, including Video Editing, Cinematography, VFX, Graphic Design, and Animation. No prior experience is necessary, as full training on our course counseling process will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound & Outbound Calling: Call prospective students who have registered interest through our website, social media, or scholarship exams.
- Course Counseling: Guide students clearly in Tamil about our multimedia courses, career options, and 100% placement support.
- Lead Generation: Convert general inquiries into walk-in admissions by booking campus visits to our Tatabad/Gandhipuram units.
- Database Management: Record student communication history accurately and manage spreadsheets using basic computer skills.
- Follow-up Calls: Maintain regular touch with interested candidates to resolve their queries and assist them with the admission process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Any Graduate degree
- Language: Excellent, fluent, and convincing verbal communication in Tamil is mandatory.
- Interpersonal Skills: A patient, friendly, and enthusiastic mindset to guide students about creative career opportunities.
- Knowledge: Basic computer literacy (MS Excel and email operations) to manage candidate records.
- Location Presence: Must be ready to work from our institute premises in Gandhipuram, Coimbatore.
