About the Role
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and result-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content planning, audience engagement, social media strategy, and performance tracking. Experience in handling political, public affairs, government, or advocacy-related social media accounts will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, and other emerging platforms.
- Create, schedule, publish, and optimize engaging content including posts, reels, videos, stories, graphics, and campaigns.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and follower growth.
- Monitor trends, viral topics, hashtags, and conversations relevant to the organization and industry.
- Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, videographers, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build strong online communities.
- Track social media performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to improve social media presence.
- Assist in reputation management and crisis communication when required.
- Support digital campaigns, event promotions, and brand-building initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
- Understanding of social media algorithms, audience targeting, and engagement strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in handling Political Campaigns, Political Leaders' Social Media Accounts, Public Affairs, Government Communication, Election Campaigns, or Advocacy-Based Digital Campaigns.
- Knowledge of political communication, public sentiment analysis, and digital outreach strategies.
- Experience in managing high-engagement social media communities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
