Job Overview
Henceforth Solutions is looking for an experienced and organized Project Coordinator – Web & Mobile to manage ongoing web and mobile development projects, coordinate with teams and clients, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in client interactions, and practical understanding of web and mobile technologies along with custom project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage web and mobile development projects from initiation to delivery
- Communicate with clients through calls, meetings, chats, and project updates
- Work closely with development and design teams to ensure smooth execution
- Manage project timelines, task allocation, and reporting
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards
- Understand client requirements and coordinate technical discussions with teams
- Ensure proper documentation and regular project follow-ups
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or IT project management
- Hands-on understanding of:
- WordPress
- Shopify
- PHP
- Node.js
- React.js
- MERN Stack
- Flutter
- iOS Applications
- Experience coordinating custom web and mobile application projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident and professional personality
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to manage teams and client expectations effectively
