Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Execution
· Develop detailed project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
· Ensure the railway works (doubling, new line, earthworks, bridges, track linking, station development, etc.) progress as per approved timelines.
· Coordinate with engineering, design, and surveying teams for technical inputs.
2. Technical & Engineering Oversight
· Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs for accuracy.
· Provide solutions to site-level engineering issues.
· Ensure adherence to railway construction standards and relevant codes.
3. Contract & Vendor Management
· Manage contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for optimum performance.
· Monitor work progress, evaluate contractor billing, and validate measurements.
· Resolve contractual issues and ensure compliance with terms.
4. Quality Assurance & Safety
· Implement and monitor quality control procedures for all civil and track works.
· Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular site safety audits.
· Ensure proper documentation and compliance with statutory requirements.
5. Coordination & Reporting
· Liaise with clients, consultants, railway authorities, and internal teams.
· Prepare progress reports, MIS, cost tracking, and risk assessments.
· Conduct regular review meetings and ensure stakeholder alignment.
Required Qualifications & Skills :
· B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering (mandatory). · Minimum 15 years of overall experience, with 10+ years in railway construction projects. (e.g., doubling, new line, gauge conversion, embankment works, bridges, track works) · Strong technical knowledge of railway infrastructure. · Proven leadership in large-scale civil projects. · Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
