Job Responsibilities
- Review and assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on provider documentation.
- Handle day-to-day medical coding and billing operations.
- Assign diagnosis and procedure codes for patient charts with a high level of accuracy.
- Perform coding audits and quality reviews to ensure complete and compliant documentation.
- Work closely with the billing team to ensure timely claim submission and reimbursement.
- Stay updated with the latest coding guidelines, payer policies, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding.
- Good understanding of Human Anatomy, Medical Terminology, Medical Abbreviations, and Disease Symptoms.
- 1–5 years of experience in Medical Billing & Coding.
- Prior experience in Internal Medicine or Family Practice billing is required.
- Experience in Evaluation & Management (E/M) coding and billing is an added advantage.
- Coding certifications such as CPC will be considered an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days will be given preference.
