Cluster Manager – Medical Retail Operations

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Cluster Manager to oversee and manage multiple retail pharmacy stores within an assigned region. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining compliance standards, managing store teams, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across all stores.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations Management
- Manage day-to-day operations of multiple pharmacy stores.
- Ensure smooth functioning of stores as per company SOPs.
- Monitor store performance and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits.
Sales & Business Growth
- Drive sales and revenue growth across assigned stores.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Identify opportunities to increase footfall and conversions.
- Ensure achievement of business targets and KPIs.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate Store Managers, Pharmacists, and store staff.
- Ensure adequate staffing across stores.
- Monitor employee productivity and performance.
- Conduct regular training and performance reviews.
Inventory & Stock Management
- Ensure optimum stock availability across stores.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock rotation, and expiry management.
- Minimize stock losses and inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for replenishment.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and company policies.
- Maintain valid drug licenses and statutory records.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare and safety standards.
- Monitor audit observations and implement corrective actions.
Customer Experience
- Ensure high standards of customer service.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints effectively.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvement initiatives.
Reporting & MIS
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze store performance and provide actionable insights.
- Track key metrics such as sales, productivity, shrinkage, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Multi-store management experience
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Inventory and retail operations knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
