We are hiring Service / Maintenance Engineer HVAC . 5 years plus experience in similar profile is preferred. People with lesser experience will be considered based on merit and interview.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance & Servicing: Plan, manage, and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities for various HVAC systems, including VRF/VRV, Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, DX units, and ventilation systems.
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues in equipment and systems, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed service records, daily reports, and documentation of all maintenance activities and material usage. Get service reports signed by clients.
- Client Coordination: Coordinate with clients to schedule maintenance visits, address their concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work is performed according to industry standards, safety protocols, and regulations.
- Inventory Management: Manage spare parts inventory, request replacements as needed, and ensure material availability for jobs.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams.
- System Optimization: Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to optimize system performance and recommend energy-efficient solutions.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
