Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and day-to-day HR operations for our manufacturing unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant and office staff.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and coordinate payroll inputs.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain employee records, HR policies, and personnel files.
- Address employee grievances and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate performance management and training activities.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR MIS.
- Support administration and ensure smooth HR operations within the manufacturing unit.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of labour laws, payroll, attendance management, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HRMS/software.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in factory HR operations and workforce management.
- Ability to handle blue-collar and white-collar recruitment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
Salary: As per industry standards and experience.
Pay: ₹18,861.10 - ₹25,149.64 per month
Work Location: In person
