Job Description
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Listing Executive to manage and optimize product listings across multiple online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience creating high-quality listings, improving product visibility, and monitoring listing performance to maximize sales.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage product listings on Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, and other marketplaces.
- Upload products with accurate titles, descriptions, specifications, attributes, and images.
- Perform keyword research and optimize listings for better search visibility.
- Ensure listings comply with marketplace guidelines and quality standards.
- Monitor listing health, performance, impressions, clicks, conversions, and sales.
- Identify underperforming listings and implement optimization strategies.
- Coordinate with design, catalog, and operations teams for product content and images.
- Resolve listing errors, suppression issues, and attribute-related problems.
- Update pricing, inventory, offers, and product information as required.
- Maintain accurate product catalog data and documentation.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce listing management.
- Practical experience with Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, Myntra, and Ajio Seller Panels.
- Strong understanding of product cataloging and marketplace listing standards.
- Knowledge of SEO for product listings and keyword optimization.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data management).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple marketplaces simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the fashion or apparel industry, especially sarees or ethnic wear.
- Familiarity with catalog quality metrics and listing performance analysis.
- Experience using bulk upload templates and catalog management tools.
