Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SEO Team Lead with strong technical SEO expertise and proven team management skills. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing and executing SEO strategies, leading a team, improving organic rankings, and driving measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team to achieve monthly KPIs and business goals.
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies for multiple projects.
- Perform advanced technical SEO audits and resolve website issues.
- Optimize website architecture, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and overall site performance.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Plan and execute on-page, off-page, and local SEO strategies.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Analyze SEO performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with content, development, and design teams for SEO implementation.
- Stay updated with Google's algorithm updates and industry best practices.
- Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience with at least 1 year in a team lead role.
- Strong knowledge of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Local SEO.
- Excellent understanding of website architecture, indexing, crawling, canonicalization, schema markup, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and Core Web Vitals.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience handling multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to train, mentor, and motivate team members.
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing SEO campaigns for international clients.
- Knowledge of AI-powered SEO tools and modern SEO trends.
- Strong reporting and client communication skills.
Pay: ₹27,098.35 - ₹67,904.87 per month
