Job Description
The incumbent is to support core insurance system –Life Asia/Group AsiaResponsibilities –•Design, build, integrate and test new changes in Life Asia/Group Asia application.•Provide solutions and design for Life Asia/Group Asia application to achieve delivery excellence.•Complete the assigned development tasks on time with high quality. Adhering to application development standards and release management procedures•Provide first level support to incidents reportedby application users and resolve them within defined SLA.•Analyze root cause, assess impact and provide solution and recovery including program fixes and data correction.•Provide data extraction and query reporting services.•Conduct internal training and knowledge sharing with peers regularly.Qualification/Experience –Essential:•A recognized degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent.•
At least three years’ experience on Life Asia/Group Asia as a developer.Desirable:•Good understanding insurance domain would be advantage.•Insurance certifications like ‘III’or LOMA.•Good interpersonal and communication skills.Technical
