- Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and technical support for hardware and software across workstations, servers, networking devices, storage and backup devices.
- Perform hardware diagnostics and maintenance including CPU, memory, storage disks, RAID controllers, and firmware/BIOS upgrades.
- Configure and manage RAID levels, storage pools, LUNs in storage environments.
- Provide support for enterprise backup solutions following industry standards.
- Troubleshoot issues related to operating systems, applications, network connectivity, and storage systems.
- Configure and support email clients such as Microsoft Outlook and Mozilla Thunderbird.
- Basic configuration and troubleshooting of network switches, routers, and wireless access points.
- Provide remote support using remote desktop tools and helpdesk platforms.
- Maintain proper documentation of issues, solutions, and deployment procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams and OEM’s for issue resolution and project implementation.
