Role Overview:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and result-oriented PGT Physics teacher to deliver high-quality instruction to senior secondary students, fostering scientific thinking, conceptual clarity, and exam readiness as per the CBSE curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Physics to Classes XI & XII in alignment with CBSE guidelines
- Plan and deliver engaging, concept-based and application-oriented lessons
- Conduct practical experiments, lab work, and ensure lab safety norms
- Prepare students for board examinations, competitive exams, and assessments
- Design question papers, assignments, and evaluation reports
- Track student progress and provide academic mentoring
- Maintain records, lesson plans, and timely syllabus completion
- Participate in academic planning, trainings, and school events
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Post-Graduate in Physics
- B.Ed. mandatory
- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience at PGT / Senior Secondary level
- Strong command over Physics concepts and numerical problem-solving
- Prior experience with CBSE curriculum preferred
Skills Required:
- Excellent subject knowledge and explanation skills
- Practical-oriented and experiment-based teaching approach
- Classroom management and student engagement
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and smart classrooms
