We have over 10 years of experience providing waterproofing, structural retrofitting, concrete coring, anchoring, and flooring solutions across all districts of Kashmir.
Role Summary: The Customer Sales Representative is the first point of contact for customers. This person handles inquiries, helps convert leads into site visits and quotations, and keeps in touch with clients throughout the process.
What you will do: Answer customer calls, messages, and walk-in inquiries Understand what the customer needs and explain our services Work with the technical team to schedule site visits and prepare quotations Follow up with leads regularly Keep records of customer interactions Follow up on leads coming from social media and the website
What we are looking for: Good communication skills, spoken and written Basic computer and Excel knowledge A professional and friendly attitude with customers Freshers are welcome
