1)Experience in retail floor supervision
2)Ability to drive sales and manage team performance effectively
3)Ensure proper product display, pricing, merchandising, and floor presentation
4)Motivate floor staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
5)Maintain stock visibility and report shortages / damages to management
6)Basic computer knowledge
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
