Store Executive – Rivera Coil Manufacturing Private Limited
The Store Executive at Rivera Coil Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. is entrusted with the custodianship of all material movements, ensuring precise inventory control, seamless material flow, and compliance across all coil manufacturing and heavy electrical engineering operations.
This role demands a meticulous, system-driven, and highly disciplined professional capable of maintaining absolute accuracy in stock management for high-value and technical materials.
Core Functional Mandates
Inventory Control & Material Governance
- Maintain end-to-end oversight of raw materials, copper conductors, insulation consumables, resin systems, pressboard, mica-based components, fiberglass, and all coil-manufacturing supplies.
- Ensure real-time inventory tracking using ERP/stock management systems, maintaining zero errors and complete traceability.
- Conduct strict monitoring of incoming, in-process, and issued materials required for 600 MW stator coils, Robel coils, and top bar refurbishment projects.
Inward Material Management
- Receive materials with meticulous verification against Purchase Orders, delivery challans, packing lists, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with QA/QC for inspection, sampling, and approval before GRN generation.
- Ensure proper labelling, batch numbering, and traceability as per engineering and quality norms.
Issue & Dispatch Coordination
- Issue materials based on job cards, production plans, and engineering requirements with accurate quantity and specification control.
- Maintain detailed issue registers, component usage logs, and material consumption history for audit compliance.
- Coordinate dispatch of finished coils, refurbished components, or project materials with proper packing, documentation, and logistics alignment.
Warehouse Organization & Material Preservation
- Implement scientific storage techniques for copper, insulation materials, resin systems, varnish, and sensitive electrical components.
- Ensure environmental controls (humidity, temperature, shelf-life tracking) for materials with special storage conditions.
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices to prevent material aging, rejection, or deterioration.
Stock Audits & Compliance
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock audits; reconcile variances promptly with root-cause analysis.
- Maintain full documentation for internal audits, statutory inspections, and quality evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with company storage standards, safety norms, and material handling protocols.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Liaise with Purchase, Production, Engineering, QA/QC, and Planning to ensure uninterrupted material availability.
- Support production requirements by forecasting shortages and raising timely material requests.
- Provide accurate inventory data for MIS reports, costing teams, and consumption forecasting.

Qualifications & Experience
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Logistics
- 1–3 years experience in manufacturing stores, engineering stores, or technical warehousing
- Experience handling coil-manufacturing materials is an added advantage
