Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Officer to drive sales growth and expand our presence in the tile adhesive market. The ideal candidate should have strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, and clients
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
- Promote and explain product benefits to potential customers
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tile adhesive/construction material sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas
