Site Supervisor – Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor daily interior site activities.
- Coordinate with workers, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings, design, and schedule.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Monitor site progress and report updates to the management.
- Coordinate with the design and project team for smooth execution.
- Ensure proper use of materials and avoid wastage.
- Maintain site cleanliness and safety standards.
- Identify and report any site issues or delays.
- Ensure the project is completed on time.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in interior/construction site supervision.
- Knowledge of interior works and basic construction activities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage workers and site activities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
- Knowledge of Malayalam and basic English is preferred.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
