Role Summary
The Growth & Resort Development Executive is responsible for identifying new resort opportunities, evaluating locations, coordinating resort development projects, and ensuring smooth pre-opening activities in line with Keekoo Stays standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new hospitality/resort locations.
- Coordinate site visits and prepare feasibility reports.
- Manage project coordination with architects, designers, vendors, and consultants.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and budgets.
- Coordinate procurement and pre-opening activities.
- Work closely with recruitment and operations teams for successful resort launches.
- Travel regularly to project locations.
