Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead the Proposal, Estimation, and Tendering function for Design & Build Industrial and Commercial Projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete bid lifecycle from opportunity assessment to proposal submission, including technical coordination, estimation, costing, risk assessment, and contract review.
The role requires strong knowledge of Civil, Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, ELV, Security Systems, Utilities, and Industrial Infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Tender & Bid Management
- Review tender documents, RFPs, RFQs, and client requirements.
- Lead go/no-go bid decisions.
- Prepare bid strategy and submission schedules.
- Coordinate with clients during pre-bid and clarification stages.
- Manage end-to-end tender submission process.
Proposal Development
- Prepare comprehensive techno-commercial proposals.
- Develop execution methodology and project approach.
- Coordinate with design consultants and engineering teams.
- Prepare compliance statements and technical deviations.
- Lead proposal presentations to clients.
Estimation & Costing
- Prepare detailed BOQs and quantity take-offs.
- Develop project cost estimates for:
- Civil Works
- Structural Works
- Electrical Systems

- HVAC / Central Air Conditioning
- Plumbing & Utilities
- ELV & Communication Systems
- Security & Surveillance Systems
- Analyze vendor and subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare project budgets and cash flow projections.
Design Coordination
- Coordinate with architects and engineering consultants.
- Review drawings and specifications.
- Identify design optimization opportunities.
- Ensure constructability and cost-effectiveness.
Commercial & Contract Management
- Review contractual terms and conditions.
- Identify commercial risks and mitigation measures.
- Participate in contract negotiations.
- Support project handover to execution teams.
Vendor & Subcontractor Management
- Develop vendor databases.
- Obtain competitive quotations.
- Conduct techno-commercial evaluations.
- Finalize vendor recommendations.
Management Reporting
- Prepare bid status reports.
- Track proposal success rates.
- Monitor estimation accuracy.
- Present project profitability analysis to management.

Pay: ₹47,053.92 - ₹83,974.83 per month
