Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to design, analyze, and supervise structural systems for theme parks, entertainment spaces, and high-end interior installations. The role involves working on complex themed structures (GRC/FRP elements, steel frameworks, facades, ride structures, immersive environments) ensuring safety, stability, and compliance with engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities
Structural Design & Analysis
- Design structural systems for theme park attractions, facades, sculptures, and interior installations.
- Perform structural analysis for steel, RCC, GRC, and FRP structures.
- Develop load calculations (dead load, live load, wind load, seismic load).
- Ensure all designs comply with IS codes and safety standards.
- Provide structural detailing for fabrication and execution.
Theme Park Structures
- Structural design of ride platforms, viewing decks, canopy structures, artificial rockwork, waterpark structures.
- Analyse load-bearing capacity of decorative GRC/FRP sculptures.
- Coordination for motion-based installations and special effects structures.
- Foundation design for heavy installations and outdoor themed structures.
Interior & Fit-Out Projects
- Structural validation for mezzanine floors, suspended ceilings, heavy decorative installations.
- Support framework design for themed walls, immersive sets, stage installations.
- Ensure stability of large props and suspended elements.
- Coordinate with MEP and interior design teams.
Coordination & Execution
- Work closely with architects, designers, and fabrication teams.
- Site visits for structural inspections and execution monitoring.
- Review shop drawings and fabrication drawings.
- Provide structural certification and approvals.
Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare structural drawings and BOQs.
- Ensure compliance with NBC and local municipal regulations.
- Risk assessment and structural safety reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in civil or Structural Engineering.
- 4–8 years of experience (experience in theme parks / entertainment / interior projects preferred).
- Strong knowledge of:
- Steel structures
- RCC structures
- GRC & FRP installations
- Seismic & wind load calculations
Proficiency in:
- STAAD Pro / ETABS / SAFE
- AutoCAD
- Knowledge of Indian Standard Codes (IS Codes).
Preferred Experience
- Experience in theme parks, water parks, entertainment center's.
- Experience in large-scale decorative structures.
- Experience in immersive environment projects.
- Understanding of fabrication and site execution processes.

Pay: ₹19,543.24 - ₹47,231.94 per month
