Salary
- Up to ₹37,000 CTC per month
Eligibility
- Graduate (Mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process
Work Schedule
- Work From Office
- 5-day work week
- Rotational shifts
- 2 rotational week-offs
Interview Process
- Hallo AI Assessment (Minimum Score: C1)
- HR/Operations Interview
Key Requirements
- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills
- Neutral English accent (No MTI)
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Immediate joiners are preferred
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
- Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Meet quality and productivity targets

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
