Additionally, the role includes participating in detailed user and task analysis to accurately represent and fulfill business requirements, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency across teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process documentation to ensure clarity and usability.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align objectives and expectations.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Student Security.
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling and documentation techniques.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable process designs.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
- Familiarity with user and task analysis methodologies to capture detailed business needs.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
