We are looking for a hands-on Platform Engineering Lead who enjoys solving complex technical problems, improving platform reliability, automating operations, and enabling engineering teams to deliver software faster and more reliably.
This role combines Platform Engineering, Production Operations, Release Engineering, Observability and Customer Platform Engineering.
You will work directly with the CTO and engineering leadership to build highly reliable, automated, AI-assisted production environments while supporting enterprise customers across Public Cloud, Private Cloud and Hybrid deployments.
- Maintain high availability and performance of production platforms.
- Monitor platform health across applications, infrastructure and databases.
- Improve scalability, resilience and operational excellence.
- Drive uptime and platform reliability initiatives.
- Execute application releases and production deployments.
- Manage change requests, rollback procedures and release validation.
- Improve deployment automation and release quality.
- Work closely with Engineering and QA on release readiness.
- Lead resolution of P1 and customer-critical incidents.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Implement preventive improvements.
- Reduce Mean Time To Detect (MTTD) and Mean Time To Resolve (MTTR).
- Build dashboards, alerts and monitoring.
- Improve logging and operational visibility.
- Enhance metrics, traces and diagnostics.
- Identify performance bottlenecks before customers are affected.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks.
- Build operational scripts and workflows.
- Contribute to AI-assisted operational automation.
- Support self-healing and auto-remediation initiatives.
- Support enterprise production environments.
- Perform deployments, migrations and upgrades.
- Work directly with enterprise customers during critical incidents.
- Ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, AI Engineering and DevOps.
- Improve operational processes.
- Maintain runbooks and knowledge base.

- 3–6 years in Platform Engineering, Production Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Operations or Application Support.
- Experience supporting enterprise SaaS or communication platforms.

- Experience working in cross-functional engineering teams.
