Project Engineer – Residential Layout Development
- Supervise overall residential layout development works.
- Manage roads, drainage, water supply and utility infrastructure.
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors and site labour.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor quality, measurements and material usage.
- Track project progress, schedules and costs.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure site safety and proper working practices.
- Verify contractor bills and completed work quantities.
- Maintain site records and submit progress reports to management.
Pay: ₹241,232.54 - ₹795,856.53 per year
