Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with global visa applications including tourist and visiting visa.
Guide customers on visa requirements, eligibility, documentation, and application procedures.
Collect, verify, and organize client documents for visa processing.
Coordinate with clients and ensure timely submission of applications.
Track application status and provide regular updates to clients.
Maintain accurate records of visa applications and client details.
Stay updated on visa rules, immigration policies, and country-specific requirements.
Provide excellent customer service and handle client queries professionally.
Requirements
6 Months - 1 years of experience in visa processing, travel consultancy, customer service, or related field.
Good understanding of international visa procedures (training can be provided for fresh talent with strong interest).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple applications and meet deadlines.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, Documentation handling).
