Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations and regular follow-up across departments like Tender, procurement, Liasioning Department, HR Department, O&M, and project execution.
Oversee the preparation, submission, and follow-up of tenders to ensure compliance with client requirements and company standards.
Analyze tender documents, identify key requirements, and develop winning strategies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
Ensure smooth execution of solar EPC projects, meeting timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Drive operational excellence by implementing efficient processes to reduce costs and improve service delivery.
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and productivity.
Set clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations for team members.
Oversee procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Optimize resource utilization to enhance operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in project management, operations, and leadership within the solar EPC industry.
- Strong understanding of solar energy systems, regulatory frameworks, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
