Job Title: Sales Lead – Real Estate (Villas / Premium Plots)
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
(Frequent travel to Chirala, Andhra Pradesh for site visits, client meetings, and sales events)

About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales Lead to lead the sales function for our villas and premium plots near the sea in Chirala. This role is ideal for someone with strong real estate sales experience, team handling capability, and a proven ability to convert high-intent leads into site visits and closures.
The candidate will be based out of Hyderabad and will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, broker relationships, site visit conversions, and revenue growth for our coastal real estate offerings.
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive sales of villas and plotted developments for the Chirala project
- Own the complete sales cycle: lead qualification, follow-up, client presentation, site visit, negotiation, and closure
- Achieve monthly and quarterly booking targets
- Build and execute local sales strategies for Hyderabad-based buyers, investors, and holiday-home seekers
Lead Management & Conversion
- Handle leads generated through digital campaigns, channel partners, walk-ins, references, and events
- Improve lead-to-visit and visit-to-booking conversion ratios
- Maintain strong follow-up discipline via CRM, calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings
- Ensure quick turnaround on enquiries and customer objections
Site Visit Planning & Customer Experience
- Coordinate and manage customer site visits from Hyderabad to Chirala
- Deliver strong project presentations highlighting location value, lifestyle proposition, appreciation potential, and product fit
- Ensure a smooth and premium customer experience during site visits and booking discussions
Team Leadership
- Lead, guide, and motivate sales executives / relationship managers
- Track daily lead status, funnel movement, closures, and missed opportunities
- Coach the team on objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques
- Set clear KPIs and drive performance accountability
Channel Partner & Network Development
- Build relationships with brokers, channel partners, and local referral networks in Hyderabad and Andhra/Telangana markets
- Activate and manage partner-driven sales
- Conduct partner meets and project presentations to improve visibility and closures
Compliance & Documentation
- Support customers through booking, documentation, payment follow-ups, and closure coordination
- Work closely with internal teams for agreement processing, collections, and handover milestones
- Ensure all sales communication is aligned with applicable real estate norms and project documentation
Required Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in real estate sales
- Experience in selling plots, villas, premium residential projects, holiday homes, or investment-led real estate
- Prior experience in a team lead / sales lead / senior sales manager role preferred
- Proven track record in achieving revenue targets and handling high-value customers
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of the Hyderabad real estate buyer market
- Experience in field sales, site visit conversion, and broker/channel sales
- Comfortable working on weekend sales cycles and customer site schedules
- Ability to sell aspiration-driven products such as coastal homes, second homes, lifestyle plots, or investment properties
- Familiarity with RERA-related buyer conversations, documentation basics, and customer trust-building is a strong plus
