- Prepare and process sales invoices, purchase entries, and billing documents
- Generate GST invoices and maintain proper GST records
- Assist in GST filing preparation, tax calculations, and related documentation
- Maintain sales, purchase, debit note, and credit note records
- Verify bills, vouchers, and supporting documents for accuracy
- Handle customer support related to billing, payments, account statements, and enquiries
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and collections
- Maintain accounts receivable and payable records
- Assist in bank reconciliation and daily account updates
- Prepare quotations, receipts, payment vouchers, and delivery-related documents
- Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams regarding orders, dispatch, and invoicing
- Maintain proper filing of invoices, GST documents, vouchers, and financial records
- Support internal audits and provide required accounting documents
- Perform data entry in Tally, ERP, or accounting software
- Assist in preparing monthly financial and sales reports
- Maintain confidentiality of company financial information
- Support general office administration and coordination activities
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
