Internal Development Trainee IDT (KIA WORKSHOP KORBA CHHATTISGARH)

The Internal Development Trainee will undergo comprehensive training across various dealership functions to gain a strong understanding of automotive operations. The role is designed to develop professional skills, product knowledge, customer service abilities, and operational excellence. The trainee will work closely with different departments and learn company processes, policies, and standards while contributing to daily business activities.
Responsibilities
Learn and understand dealership operations and company procedures
Assist team members in daily operational activities
Develop knowledge of automotive products and services
Support customer interactions and ensure a positive customer experience
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Participate in training programs and skill development activities
Coordinate with different departments to understand workflow and business processes
Follow company policies, safety standards, and professional conduct guidelines
Prepare reports and provide updates as assigned by supervisors
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications
Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to follow instructions and perform assigned tasks effectively
