The Role, In Plain Terms
We're looking for someone who loves bringing ideas to life through motion and AI-powered visuals, for Meta Ads, Reels, and social content that actually stops the scroll. You won't be starting from zero: you'll be mentored, you'll have room to experiment with new AI tools as they emerge, and you'll grow your 3D skills alongside people who'll help you get there. This is a role for someone early-to-mid in their career who wants to build their craft here, not someone who already has to have mastered everything on day one.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Building motion graphics and animations from scratch for ad creatives, Reels, and social content
- Exploring and using AI video/image generation tools to create fresh visual content for campaigns
- Creating simple 3D assets and objects to support motion projects, you'll grow into more advanced 3D work with our support
- Partnering closely with our creative and marketing team, from brief to final cut
- Bringing fresh ideas, we want your take on trends, not just execution of someone else's
What You Bring
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience building motion graphics (not just editing/templating)
- Comfort in Adobe After Effects
- Some real experience using AI generation tools (Runway, Veo, Kling, Midjourney, or similar), curiosity matters more than mastery
- Basic familiarity with a 3D tool (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar)
- A good eye for pacing, rhythm, and typography the stuff that makes content feel right
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Deeper 3D modeling/character/environment experience
- Kinetic typography or logo animation work
- Sound design or audio-sync skills
- A design or technical degree

Compensation
Starting from ₹3.8 LPA, with room to negotiate based on your experience and skill level.
