Key Responsibilities
Instruction & Coaching: Teach foundational to advanced gymnastics techniques across various events and apparatuses.
Safety & Spotting: Ensure athlete safety through proper spotting techniques, equipment checks, and adherence to safety guidelines.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Prior experience as a competitive gymnast or gymnastics coach.
Certifications: Recognized Gymnastics Coaching Certification preferred.
Skills: Strong knowledge of gymnastics mechanics, excellent communication, and strong leadership abilities.
