Job Role:
- Contact potential clients and introduce the company's import-export and logistics services.
- Generate leads through calls, follow-ups, and business development activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable service solutions.
- Follow up regularly with leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently interact with clients over calls and messages.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Strong willingness to learn sales, business development, and import-export processes.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Hindi, English, and Telugu.
- Interest in sales, logistics, import-export, or international trade.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and customer-focused approach.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
