Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience working in a preschool or childcare setting is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with children of different ages and developmental levels.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for teaching and learning.
- Patience and understanding when working with young children.
- Other Requirements:
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- A genuine love for working with young children.
