About the Role
We’re hiring a results-driven Sr. Executive / Commercial Manager to lead commercial operations, drive revenue growth, manage contracts/vendors, and ensure profitable business outcomes. You’ll work closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Legal.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop commercial strategies to boost revenue and margins
- Negotiate and execute sales, procurement, and vendor contracts
- Prepare techno-commercial offers, proposals, and bids
- Manage pricing, discounts, billing, and collections with Finance
- Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
- Mentor junior staff and improve commercial SOPs/ workflows
- Ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and audit readiness
Requirements
- 5–8 years in commercial roles (Commercial Executive/Manager, Sales Ops )
- Strong contracts, pricing, negotiation skills .
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
