We are hiring a Admission Counselor with 2–3 years of experience in sales or student admissions. The role focuses on converting leads into enrollments and achieving monthly admission targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end student admission process
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses and programs
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into enrollments
- Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly targets
- Maintain strong CRM/lead management records
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in sales/admissions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
