We are looking for a Quality Controller to join our team and take responsibility for maintaining the quality standards of our mixer/grinder parts and plastic components.
The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of the plastic manufacturing industry, quality inspection methods, and experience in identifying defects in plastic components. Knowledge of injection moulding and plastic raw materials will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming raw materials, components, and finished mixer parts.
- Check plastic components for dimensions, appearance, colour, weight, fitment, and functionality.
- Identify defects such as:
- Flash
- Short moulding
- Sink marks
- Warpage
- Black spots
- Colour variation
- Cracks
- Bubbles
- Flow marks
- Burn marks
- Dimensional variation
- Perform in-process and final quality inspections.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
